I called and spoke to Michelle (who is lovely!!) and we discussed pricing etc. Scheduled the dumpster drop off for this afternoon and the Gentlemen that dropped it off did a fantastic job!!! Reasonable pricing for getting to keep it for 15 days! I am quite impressed with how well run this locally owned company is run; very smooth transaction, great employees, all the things you look for in a company! Well done Hill Country Junk Team!! 👏👏👏 Update!! They picked up the dumpster after 15 days and it was also a very smooth activity!! They notified me to confirm if we were ready to have it picked up, also reminding me if we needed it for additional days what the pricing per day would be, (this was also disclosed upfront for full transparency) and I confirmed we were ready for it to be picked up. They put us on the pick up schedule and I was even notified the day of prior to pick up, which was helpful so I could make sure I doggos were inside!!! I can assure you, I will be recommending HC Junk to anyone in need of rubbish removal...a company ran and operated by great people doing great things. Funny note, it triggered a mini reno of our home which has positively impacted my every day!!!

I’ve worked with Hill Country Junk for a few years now on various projects. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. They’re fantastic communicators and do whatever they can to get us dumpsters when we need them (even when I call last minute). Pricing is consistent and fair. Even overweight fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend using these guys if you’re in need of a dumpster!

The staff at Hill Country Junk are amazing! I recently used them to remove several items and they did a outstanding job! The communication from office staff was professional and kind and their prices are beyond reasonable. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! You can tell they take great pride in customer service (sometimes a thing of the past), and to actually to speak with a kind human right here in Spring Branch!!

Needed to rent a dumpster to collect and have tree trimmings and branches hauled away. Made request online and received quick response -thank you! Easily set up the appointment when I needed the dumpster to be delivered. Delivery was on time and easily placed where I needed it in the back of the property. When time to pick up, the same person arrived and knew exactly where to go. Great service. Recommend Hill Country Junk for dumpster needs.
