Do you bother selling the good furniture from cleanouts?

Got a solid wood dresser and a pretty nice dining table from a cleanout last week. Customer was happy for us to keep them, so I put them in my garage thinking easy extra money. Dresser sold quick. Table is still there after 12 messages and two no shows. Now my own car is outside 😂 Where do you draw the line on what's worth keeping? Starting to think I gave myself another job.

Small dressers yes, big dining tables no for exactly that reason. I give stuff a week then it goes. Otherwise your garage turns into a furniture store with no customers

I send photos to a local furniture reseller before I unload at home. Less money than selling it myself but they collect it and actually show up. The table might be worth money, your time answering 12 people is worth something too.
